How long does it take to set up a tournament?

Most coordinators have a basic event page live within 30 minutes. A full setup with registration packages and sponsor tiers takes about 1–2 hours the first time.

Do I need technical skills to use this?

No. If you can use email and Google Docs, you can use this platform. The section builder is point-and-click, and we're always available to help if you get stuck.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. You can build and run a full tournament at no cost. Upgrade when you need additional features like exports and full Print Shop access.

Do you work with golf courses directly?

Yes. Golf courses can receive and view course packets generated by coordinators using the platform. If you're a course and want to encourage your outside events to use this, contact us.

Are print materials included?

Print materials are quoted separately. After contacting us, we'll put together a custom print quote based on your needs — bundle or a la carte. Local pickup in Boise or shipped to your course.

What if my tournament is already in two weeks?

It's not too late. Many coordinators set up the platform 1–2 weeks before their event to manage check-in and generate the course packet. Contact us and we'll make it work.
