No. The Starter plan is completely free and requires no credit card. Upgrade to Event Pro or Community Pro when you're ready.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. These fees are paid directly to Stripe, not to us. You can also track offline payments manually at no extra cost.
No. Print materials are priced and quoted separately from your platform subscription. You'll get a custom quote based on what you need. Event Pro and Community Pro plans include Print Shop access; print costs depend on quantity and items ordered.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Event Pro at any time, and your existing tournament data carries over. We'll prorate nothing — it's a simple upgrade whenever you're ready.
Event Pro covers one tournament per purchase. If you run a second tournament, you can purchase another Event Pro license or upgrade to Community Pro for unlimited tournaments at a better annual rate.

Your event page is public — anyone can view it, register, or submit a sponsor inquiry without an account. Only your organization's admin needs a login to manage the tournament dashboard.
Community Pro includes a dedicated onboarding call. Event Pro and Starter users get email support with typical response within one business day. We're based in Boise and care about making your event a success.
