Print Materials Are Separate
Print packages, signs, banners, and other physical materials are ordered and priced separately through our Print Shop. Community Pro members receive a 15% discount on all print orders.

Do you take a percentage of registrations?
No. We never take a cut of your registration revenue. You collect 100% of what your registrants pay (minus standard Stripe processing fees of ~2.9% + 30ยข).
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free. You can build your event site, set up registration, and explore the platform without any cost.
What counts as one "event"?
One event = one golf tournament with its own registration, website, and management dashboard. Community Pro includes unlimited events per year.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees, ever. You pay only the plan price. Print orders are billed separately at the time of order.
Can I upgrade mid-event?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate the difference so you're never overpaying.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Organizers can also request invoiced billing for larger organizations.
