By creating an account or using The Giving Tee Idaho platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We may update these terms periodically and will notify registered users of material changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to: (a) conduct fraudulent fundraising or misrepresent your organization; (b) collect payments without honoring registrations; (c) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (d) harass, spam, or harm other users; or (e) attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
Platform subscription fees are charged as described on our pricing page. Print orders require payment at the time of order. Stripe processing fees (approximately 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are deducted from payments collected through our registration system. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.
Print orders are final once a proof is approved. We are not responsible for errors in artwork or specifications submitted by the customer after proof approval. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees. Refunds on print orders are not available after production has begun.
You retain ownership of content you submit (event descriptions, logos, images). By submitting content, you grant us a license to display and use it to operate the platform. You represent that you have the right to use all content you submit, including sponsor logos and event branding.
The Giving Tee Idaho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay amounts owed. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your event data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
